How Delivery Works on GirlsEra
GirlsEra is a multi-vendor marketplace, which means your orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by individual vendors. Each vendor manages their own inventory and dispatch. However, all vendors on our platform are required to follow GirlsEra’s delivery standards to ensure a consistent and reliable experience for every customer.
When you place an order, the vendor is notified immediately and begins preparing your item for shipment.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across the country, reaching customers in major cities, towns, and rural areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on the vendor’s location and the courier services they use.
Nationwide Delivery — Available to most areas across the country
City & Urban Areas — Faster delivery times with more courier options
Remote & Rural Areas — Delivery is available but may take additional time

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the vendor’s location, your location, and the courier service used. Below are general estimates:
Standard Delivery Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
Express Delivery Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days, where available. Express delivery options are offered by selected vendors and may carry an additional fee.
Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery Available in select cities depending on the vendor’s location and courier availability. Check the product page or contact the vendor directly for details.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods such as sales and festivals.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary by vendor, product weight, size, and your delivery location. The exact delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Some vendors offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount.
Delivery charges for express or same-day options may be higher than standard rates.
In some cases, a single order from multiple vendors may carry separate delivery charges for each vendor.
Always review the delivery fee at checkout before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
After you place your order, vendors typically process and dispatch it within 1 to 2 business days. Some vendors may take up to 3 business days during busy periods.
You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information if available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or a tracking link via SMS or email, depending on the courier used by the vendor. You can use this information to monitor your delivery status in real time.
You can also track your order by logging into your GirlsEra account and visiting the My Orders section.
If you did not receive tracking information, please contact the vendor directly through our messaging system or reach out to our support team.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. After failed attempts, your order may be held at a local courier facility for a limited time before being returned to the vendor.
To avoid missed deliveries, please make sure your delivery address and contact number are accurate when placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries
We take great care to ensure your orders arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost during transit, please follow these steps:
Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt.
Contact the vendor within 48 hours of delivery through your GirlsEra account.
If the issue is not resolved, contact GirlsEra Customer Support and we will step in to assist.
For lost deliveries, please allow up to 10 business days from the estimated delivery date before reporting, as delays can sometimes occur during transit.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
GirlsEra and its vendors are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact the vendor immediately through your account. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
At this time, GirlsEra primarily serves domestic customers. International delivery options may be available through select vendors. Please check the individual product listing or contact the vendor directly for international shipping inquiries.
Tips for a Smooth Delivery Experience
Always provide a complete and accurate delivery address including house number, street, area, and city.
Make sure your phone number is correct so the courier can reach you.
Track your order regularly after dispatch.
If you are ordering from multiple vendors in one session, expect separate deliveries.
Plan ahead for special occasions — order a few days early to allow for any unexpected delays.
